• Confirmation: Services or registrations requiring payment are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and email confirmation.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be made in writing to REACH2050 support. Refunds (if permitted) are subject to our refund policy and may include administrative fees.

• Upload malware, disruptive scripts, or infringing content

Breaches may result in account suspension and potential legal action under Malaysian law.

REACH2050 shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, natural disasters, or technology failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless REACH2050 SDN. BHD. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
